MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Pappano, the former Co-CEO of Sightline, has had several notable achievements in his career such as developing and launching the Play+ platform, a prepaid card and mobile app that allows players to fund and manage their accounts at gaming properties.
He also played a big role in creating partnerships with major gaming operators in North America, including Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts International and Penn Entertainment.
At Sightline, Pappano he was responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction and operations, as well as developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
AWARDS
In 2021, while under Pappano’s leadership, Sightline was named the best ‘Payment Solution of the Year’ at the Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas.
EMPLOYMENT
Prior to joining Sightline in December 2020, Pappano held senior executive positions at several leading payment processing companies, including Global Payments, First Data Corporation and FIS. He has a proven track record of building successful businesses and driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
During his impressive career, Pappano worked with Vantiv for over 10 years, as SVP and Managing Director, and as SVP of Merchant Sales. He also spent three decades serving as Worldpay Gaming’s VP of Merchant Sales.
Furthermore, Pappano spent almost 18 years working with the Fifth Third Bank as the VP as well as the Director of Merchant Sales.
