MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

Chen has achieved several significant milestones during her career. One of her most notable achievements was overseeing the opening of Wynn Macau in 2006, the company's first integrated resort in Asia. The property features a luxury hotel, casino, retail space and entertainment venues.

Under Chen's leadership, Wynn Macau has expanded its operations in the region, with the opening of Wynn Palace in 2016. The integrated resort is located in Cotai and features a luxury hotel, casino, retail space and entertainment venues. The property has become a major attraction in the region, contributing to the growth and success of Wynn Resorts.

Additionally, in 2018, she founded the ‘Wynn Care’ charity brand and also established the Wynn Care Foundation.

In 2022, Chen was shortlisted for the ‘Executive of the year’ Award at the Global Gaming Awards Asia.

EMPLOYMENT

Chen currently holds several other key positions at Wynn Macau. Specifically, she serves as the Vice Chairman, COO and Executive Director of the company.

Chen's first appointment as the Vice Chairman of Wynn Macau dates back to April 2018. She has held the position of President of Wynn Resorts Macau since March 2017; Executive Director and COO of Wynn Macau since September 2009; and COO of Wynn Resorts Macau since June 2002.

She began her career in the gaming industry in 1988 as a financial analyst at MGM Grand, Las Vegas. Chen later joined The Mirage, where she held several senior positions in finance, investor relations and corporate development.

Chen is also a Director of the Macau Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Tourism Development Committee of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government, a member of the Cultural Industry and of the Nanjing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (Macau).
