MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Wilkins boasts years of financial experience at both gaming and non-gaming companies. He studied philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Oxford from 1988 to 1991 and studied accountancy at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1992 to 1994.
EMPLOYMENT
His professional career began in 1992, when he started working as a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, a position he held through 1997.
Then he became the Head of ID Finance at the telecommunications group BT from 1997 to 2000. Next he served as Deputy Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, the investment banking arm of Germany's Dresdner Bank AG, from 2000 to 2002, in Hong Kong.
Next he served as Head of Wholesale and then later CFO for O2, the commercial brand of Telefónica UK Limited, a digital communications company. Wilkins worked for O2 for more than five years.
From there he moved to the retail giant Tesco PLC, where he worked as CFO, Strategy and International Director, Telecoms from April 2008 to December 2009, then CFO Malaysia from December 2009 to October 2012.
From October 2012 to May 2013, he worked as General Manager Supermarkets Finance for the Australian retailer Coles. Then worked as CFO for Domino's Pizza Group Limited from November 2013 to January 2015. He was Group CFO of Big Bus Tours - London from June 2015 to February 2022.
In January 2022, he entered the gaming space, becoming Group CFO of Superbet. Superbet is a so-called omni-channel betting and gaming outfit with operations in Romania, Poland, Serbia and Belgium.
