MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
In response to the Ukrainian conflict, Stan would promote an incentive from Kindred that would fast-track applications from Ukrainians to relocate them to Sweden.
During his time as General Manager for North America with Kindred Group, Stan was instrumental in signing the company’s partnership with the National Football League (NFL). In his statement, Stan reinforced that this was “a key pillar in Unibet’s strategy in Pennsylvania since its entry into the market”.
Also with the NFL, Kindred would release a number of themed games centred around teams the brand was partnered with, including the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Stan was also leading the team as they launched into the Ontario markets on Day One of the newly regulated market.
Finally, Stan was also responsible for Unibet’s first US partnership in motorsports when the company signed a deal with NASCAR.
AWARDS
At the Global Gaming Awards London 2023, Kindred Group would win Social Responsibility of the Year, beating Flutter Entertainment and Betsson Group.
Also in 2023, Kindred Affiliates would come third in the Affiliate Program of the Year category.
EMPLOYMENT
Prior to moving to Catena Media, Stan was the SVP & GM of North America at Kindred Group. He held this role for six years, but was present in the company for 17 years in total, starting all the way back in 2007. During this time, he worked as a Marketing Campaign Manager, before moving on to the Head of Marketing in Central and Eastern Europe, then Head of Marketing in Emerging Markets, because working as the Head of Digital Marketing for four years. Penultimately, he would be the Marketing Director for one year, before his most recent SVP & GM of North America.
Before working with Kindred Group, Stan was employed by BetBrain, a company that focuses on football betting odds. Here, Stan was a Sports Operator and a Sales Coordinator.
