With over two decades of experience, Postiglione has successfully led a range of businesses and enterprises. His career is marked by his ability to drive sales and profits through omnichannel strategies, supported by tailored marketing initiatives and robust technology platforms.

After climbing up the ranks and holding several leadership positions for various companies, Postiglione was ultimately appointed to his current role as the CEO of Casumo.

EMPLOYMENT

Postiglione's career began at Bain & Company in 2000 where he served as an Associate Consultant in the Consumer Goods practice.

During his almost three-year tenure at Bain & Company, he worked on various strategic projects for high-profile clients including Lavazza, Heineken, Fila, Coca-Cola and Enel.

In 2003, Postiglione transitioned to Opera Private Equity where he worked as an Investment Manager. While at Opera Private Equity, Postiglione worked on acquisitions including Itama and Bruno Magli – as well as serving on the Board of AG Ferrari Foods, an Italian gourmet company in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Postiglione decided to set up his own company in Giocacomodo.it in 2007, one of Italy's first online gaming startups. Postiglione operated as the CEO of the internet gaming division until the company’s sale to a major land-based group, Punto Scommesse.

From 2010 to 2013, Postiglione was the acting CEO of Neomobile Gaming SpA, where he created Italy's first mobile-only casino operator, Casino Planet. The company was then sold to RCS' Gazzetta dello Sport in 2013.

Next, Postiglione moved on to serve at Betclic Everest Group from 2013 to 2017. He initially joined the company as Head of Italy, where he turned around the company's Italian operations and generated substantial profit while increasing sales.

Promoted to Managing Director of International Markets in 2016, Postiglione coordinated marketing, content, product, VIP and CRM teams across more than ten countries.

In 2017, Postiglione joined Napoleon Sports & Casino as General Manager and later became CEO Online. During this time, he led the company through its sale to Superbet.

Postiglione continued to demonstrate his leadership skills as CEO of Hattrick-PSK – a Croatian online and offline operator – as well as serving as a member of the executive committee at Fortuna Entertainment Group where he advised on CEE operations in Romania, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Finally, in January 2023, Postiglione took on the role of Group CEO at Casumo, an online gambling company based in Malta.

Regarding this appointment, Postiglione commented:

“I am thrilled to join Casumo, a company that I have long admired for its innovative and customer-centric approach to online gaming. I look forward to leading the team as we grow and deliver the best possible gaming experience to our customers." Francesco Postiglione
