With over 30 years of experience, Greg Shulman has an extensive track record in the gaming industry. His extensive expertise in casino marketing and player development has led him to hold leadership positions at companies such as Palms Casino Resort, Bellagio and Sandia Resort & Casino. Throughout his career, he has established himself as one of the industry's top executives, with an impressive track record of delivering strategic, revenue-generating results for the properties he has led.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

During his time at the Bellagio, Shulman led the International Marketing department to become Vice President, developing successful initiatives in markets to attract VIP customers. Here, his initiatives allowed his department to generate annual revenues surpassing $450m.  

During the post-COVID period, his role as Chief Operating Officer at Sandia Resort & Casino in New Mexico was crucial to the property's reopening and operational recovery strategy, demonstrating resilience and leadership skills in a time of global uncertainty.  

Additionally, the marketing initiatives implemented by Shulman while serving as Vice President of the department at Palms Casino Resort helped the brand further establish itself in the market, through targeted campaigns and actions that increased the brand's competitiveness. 

EMPLOYMENT

It was in the early 1990s that Shulman entered the gaming industry, later building a solid career in casino marketing, where he held leadership positions and relevant positions in the hospitality and gaming sector.  

Before becoming Vice President of Marketing and Hospitality at MGM Resorts, he had a prominent role as Executive Director of Casino Marketing. During this time, he was responsible for leading high-impact campaigns and strengthening the integrated hospitality experience in gaming.  

He then took on the task of attracting VIP players from international markets by serving as Vice President of International Marketing at Bellagio, where he developed targeted strategies to attract VIP players in international markets.  

At Palms Casino Resort, Shulman most recently served as Vice President of Casino Marketing, leading several initiatives that helped position the brand as a destination for high-end players. 

In March 2025, he assumed another leadership role as Executive Vice President of International Marketing for Resorts World Las Vegas, where he leads global operations focused on attracting guests from around the world and developing high-end players. His appointment also comes at a strategic time for the company, following a restructuring of its leadership and plans to expand its presence in the international luxury entertainment and hospitality market. His leadership is expected to help solidify Resorts World Las Vegas as one of the world’s leading destinations for VIP players, thereby strengthening its global brand and accelerating the company’s growth.  

Greg’s appointment has been met with great enthusiasm by the Resorts World Las Vegas leadership team. Now starting this new chapter, Shulman brings a clear vision and strong drive to drive international growth and strengthen the resort’s VIP player strategy.
