Kambi, one of the globe’s leading sportsbook providers, is bringing back its Festival of Sportsbook for 2022, partnering with Gambling Insider around this year’s event.
This five-day content series, celebrating all things sports betting, will feature talks from some of the highest-profile figures at Kambi, with a discussion being hosted by Gambling Insider Editor Tim Poole.
Beginning on May 23 with a keynote speech from CEO Kristian Nylén and CCO Cecilia Wachtmeister, the event will run until May 27.
Abios CEO and Co-Founder Oskar Fröberg will also make an appearance with a talk on esports, a market that has been growing at an unprecedented rate since 2020.
May 25 will offer an extensive talk from Kambi’s SVP Product Compliance Oliver Lamb, who will take a deep dive into how the company successfully navigates the “potentially choppy regulatory waters” of compliance across the globe.
The Festival will end with a double header on May 27. Jonathon Hurst, Head of Soccer, will discuss the road to the World Cup, while Head of Insights, David Warder, will examine how the company leverages the data that powers Kambi’s sportsbook.
Gambling Insider Editor Tim Poole said: “Kambi's Festival of Sportsbook brings the industry together for a series of data-driven, analysis-packed talks and we are thrilled to be working alongside the sportsbook specialist for this event.
"Kambi's partners will know the benefits the Festival of Sportsbook brings in terms of education, on both the Kambi platform and wider industry trends. New attendees, meanwhile, are guaranteed to learn from the high-profile speakers we have planned for these first-rate panels."
