US Integrity and Odds on Compliance collab to create integrity merger
Some companies US Integrity works with are: NFL, UFC, MLB and more.
The two compliance and integrity companies will form the industry’s first merged global compliance and integrity solution.
Both companies work in the realms of sports betting and integrity to betting-related fraud and corruption; with US Integrity having partners in the US such as: UFC, NFL, PGA, NBA, MLB and more. Meanwhile, Odds On Compliance has clients in Europe as well as America. Most recently, Odds on Compliance launched its PlayBook in Brazil, and the platform allows companies to access a variety of compliance and regulation on the Brazilian market.
The two companies teamed up earlier this year in a joint venture to build ProhiBet, to provide a secure method for sports properties; to ensure that athletes, coaches and administrative staff remain compliant with the state regulations and business guidelines, that govern sports betting activities.
Matt Holt, CEO of US Integrity, is to be appointed as CEO of the combined company and stated: “We are thrilled to unite the strengths of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance to create a firm that is poised to redefine the standards of excellence in the sports betting and gambling compliance industry.”
