Buzz Bingo collaborates with Future Anthem to introduce real-time personalisation

The personalisation features will be powered by Future Anthem's flagship product, Amplifier AI.

Buzz Bingo has deepened its collaboration with Future Anthem by introducing real-time personalisation across its operations. 

The implementation is powered by Future Anthem's Amplifier AI, an artificial intelligence tool that aims to automate the player experience and boost customer engagement.

One of the key features to come off the back of this integration is an advanced game lobby recommendation system that offers personalised content suggestions for every player. 

This system is designed to understand player preferences on a 1-to-1 basis and can differentiate between various stages of the player lifecycle. 

The AI models gain an in-depth understanding of player preferences through game sessions, analysing preferences during critical moments.

The product has shown promising results in improving session engagement and increasing operator revenue and conversion rates for both new and returning players.

Additionally, Buzz Bingo plans to utilise Future Anthem's real-time decision models to predict player exits accurately. This will enable the platform to trigger bonuses and recommend appropriate interactions in real time. 

To uphold player safety, Future Anthem will collaborate with Buzz Bingo's player monitoring efforts, restricting identified at-risk customers from receiving such bonuses.
