ACR Poker, formerly known as Americas Cardroom, has announced that its next High Stakes Adventure’s destination will be Montenegro.

The High Stake Adventures has included destinations around the world such as London and Monte Carlo and travel prize packages related to poker.

Through the latest destination in Montenegro, there is a guarantee of two packages via a Main Satellite on Sunday 28 April. Within each package it includes $110,000 in tourney buy-ins and entry fees to a Super High Roller Series, taking place from 12 May to the 26 May, as well as business class airfare and luxury accommodation.

Those who win the packages are able to spread their $110,000 in buy-ins over multiple events or us in one go, playing against some of the top players in the world. There will also be separate ACR Pro and Stromer package winners going to Montenegro as well.

The Main Satellite takes place on Sunday 28 April costing $2,650, but players can qualify for a smaller fee through their Super Satellites.

ACR Pro Chris Moneymaker said: “Our High Stakes Adventures in 2023 included world-class destinations like London and Monte Carlo, and we kicked off this year with exotic Jeju Island in South Korea.

“We predict Montenegro will be just as memorable with its rich history, breathtaking scenery and vibrant culture.”

In other poker news, GGPoker has confirmed a total of $250m in guaranteed prizes in its upcoming World Festival Tournament Series, which will start on 5 May and run until 11 June.
