Frankie Dettori becomes Stake’s first Horseracing Ambassador

Decorated jockey Frankie Dettori has been announced as Stake’s first Horseracing Ambassador, a role which will see him engage in numerous promotional fan-engagement activities with the operator.
Indeed, following a 40-year long career as a successful jockey, Dettori is now set to take on a new role at Stake as it first ambassador for the sport of horseracing. In this position, he will engage in promotional activities such as fan engagement experiences, sports betting content and race tips and news via the Stake platform.
Commenting on his newly announced partnership with Stake, Dettori stated: “I’m really excited to be working with Stake and to be part of such a thrilling team. They’re a big name in sports and work with some of the biggest and most exciting athletes and teams, so I’m looking forward to coming on board and seeing what’s next!”
Indeed, this latest development comes following the announcement of Stake’s new partnership with responsible gambling operation BetBlocker in June 2024. More recently, however, the organisation was ordered to leave the UK market after a video starring an adult actress surfaced with a Stake logo. The company still remains the front-of-shirt sponsor for Premier League football club Everton.

The company did, however, launch its new platform – Stake Engine – for iGaming development this week, offering a Remote Gaming Service (RGS) designed for game developers.
Elsewhere, BoyleSports also announced the appointment of a new Horseracing Ambassador in Bryan Cooper, ahead of Cheltenham Festival in February.
