MGM Resorts subsidiary LeoVegas to acquire Push Gaming

Land-based giant continues expansion into iGaming world, given recent success of BetMGM. MGM Resorts has announced that LeoVegas, its wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into an agreement to acquire Push Gaming.
