Yggdrasil snap up Betsson for Joker Millions

Operator Betsson has signed up to use provider Yggdrasil Gaming’s Joker Millions progressive jackpot.

Joker Millions, which was exclusively launched on operator Cherry’s platform in April, features sticky symbols and joker symbols and is based on a classic ‘collect symbols’ concept.

Players can trigger the jackpot when getting a full screen of sticky jokers.

Betsson reported a 24% revenue increase to SEK 847.4m for the first quarter of 2015, its highest ever quarterly revenue figure.

Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist said: “Betsson are a huge operator and their recent results show just how well they are doing. We’re very proud that they have signed up to take Joker Millions. It is our first progressive jackpot and the feedback from the industry since ICE has been far better than we could have hoped for.”
