Playtech BGT Sports confirms executive team
Playtech BGT Sports, a supplier of omni-channel sports betting technology, has finalized the line-up of its senior management team following last year’s acquisition of BGT by Playtech.
As previously announced, Dr Armin Sageder is chief executive of PBS. In addition, John Pettit will act as managing director for the UK, Ireland, Asia and Australia, covering retail and digital operations.
Dietmar Wiesinger will operate in a similar managing director role for the rest of the world.
Sageder said: “Combining our expertise in retail betting operations with the extensive knowhow at Playtech provides the ultimate platform to create innovative, premium products for our clients and their customers.
