Vermantia and ARC to launch the first live greyhound racing channel in Africa
Vermantia and ARC are set to launch the first live greyhound racing channel in Africa, with YangaBet, a fast-growing betting operator in Nigeria.
The channel will include a compact daily schedule of top quality greyhound racing, from fully accredited UK and Australian tracks, enabling betting on at least 120 premium live greyhound races per day.
It will be powered by Vermantia’s CONNECT platform and its complete odds service for a wide range of betting markets, while the channel will be delivered to the shops using Vermantia’s latest high efficiency video coding (HEVC) technology, allowing maximum broadcast quality at minimum satellite bandwidth.
