The Sydney-based supplier’s games will initially go live on the social casino apps Viva Slots, Hollywood Casino, and Big Bonus Slots.

Chilli Gold will be the first title to go live in Q3, with others to follow including Silver Lion, Dolphin Gold, and Respin Rhinos.

Managing Director and Co-Founder of Lightning Box, Peter Causley said Penn National Gaming’s expected acquisition of Pinnacle Entertainment would allow both parties to benefit from the potential to cross-sell across an increased customer base.

He added: “This partnership with Penn Interactive will allow us to build on our already strong U.S. footprint with greater penetration in the online social casino space.

“Utilising their large player profile across numerous social and brick and mortar casino brands, we expect to form a highly profitable, mutually beneficial relationship in the coming months as we expand on our content provision.”

Chris Sheffield, Managing Director at Penn Interactive Ventures and Senior Vice President at Penn National Gaming added: “Lightning Box’s gaming content is proven across real-money and social gaming platforms, and with its already established U.S. credentials, we look forward to working together for the foreseeable future.”
