The executive will bring over 30 years’ worth of experience into his new role, where he will oversee the company’s UK and European sales team.
Magendans most recently served as Zitro’s Sales Manager North and Central Europe, a position he held for almost three years. He also served as Zitro’s Sales Manager for Africa and the Caribbean, and has worked for Interblock and Elaut.
All-in-all, its Magendans’ European gaming industry experience, especially in regard to sales and technology, that TCSJohnHuxley is now looking to leverage.
In his new position, the veteran executive will lead TCSJohnHuxley’s efforts to develop new business opportunities and create solutions to meet customers’ needs.
Magendans will report directly to Nicci Smith, the company’s Managing Director UK/Europe, and be based in Belgium, though TCSJohnHuxley said his role will require extensive travel throughout the region.

The announcement of Magendans’ appointment comes after TCSJohnHuxley confirmed its withdrawal from ICE 2022, citing the new April date and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
“The decision to pull out of ICE has been made reluctantly, but the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers has to be our main priority,” said Tristan Sjöberg, TCSJohnHuxley Executive Chairman.
