This formal complaint management system is designed to enhance player protection.

CasinoReviews’ ADR service enables players to resolve complaints outside of court with the assistance of its dispute resolution mechanism, with rulings deemed legally binding.

Notably, this enables CasinoReviews to provide legally binding rulings against nearly 250 Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licensed casinos that participate in the ADR service.

Duncan Garvie, representing CasinoReviews, commented: "CasinoReviews has been designed to be the players’ champion, and we are committed to putting them first. The launch of our ADR service is a testament to our focus on player protection in 2024 and beyond.

“This initiative is not just a service; it's part of our mission to make online casinos safer and more fun to use. We believe in championing the consumer and, when coupled with our rigorous reviews process, our ADR service is a significant step towards a more transparent and accountable iGaming industry.

“With the full ADR service, CasinoReviews will be able to give legally binding rulings, further strengthening our position as an advocate for users and a leader in consumer protection.”

This news comes after the company also launched a new complaints process with the intention of enhancing player protection back in 2023.
