CasinoReviews.com has revealed an overhaul to its complaint management process, with its new process aimed at enhancing player protection.
CasinoReview’s parent company, Blexr, recently purchased ThePogg – which was built to further protect iGaming players and deal with complaints – which will now be integrated into the CasinoReviews.com website.
Duncan Garvie, Founder of ThePogg, will now lead CasinoReviews.com’s ADR development and help to provide legal rulings against around 250 casinos licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority.
Garvie commented on the move, saying: "CasinoReviews.com has been designed to be the players’ champion and we are committed to putting consumers first. The launch of our ADR service is a testament to our focus on player protection.
“This initiative is not just a service; it's part of our mission to make online casinos safer and more fun to use. We believe in championing the consumer, and when coupled with our rigorous reviews process, our ADR service is a significant step towards a more transparent and accountable iGaming industry.
“With the full ADR service, CasinoReviews.com will be able to give legally binding rulings, further strengthening our position as an advocate for users and a leader in consumer protection.”
The hope from CasinoReviews.com is that it can restore and bolster player protection and trust in the iGaming industry.
Garvie spoke to Gambling Insider earlier this year, commenting on the release of the UK White Paper and where his other company, BetBlocker, sits in the market.
