US Integrity and Odds On Compliance have rebranded following their recent merger.
The new corporation will be known as Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) and will specialise in, as the name suggests, integrity and compliance.
Management of the companies has been reorganised following merger, with former US Integrity CEO Matt Holt serving as the new CEO, and the former Odds On Compliance CEO Eric Frank taking the role of IC360 President.
In addition, the former US Integrity COO Scott Sadin will take over as the COO of IC360.

“As IC360, we are dedicated to providing our clients with 360-degree solutions that address their unique compliance challenges, ensuring they can operate with integrity and confidence in today's complex regulatory environment."
The products supplied by both companies will continue to operate as normal, albeit under the new IC360 banner, including the Integrity Monitoring dashboard, PlayBook AI and ProhiBet.

The merger was announced on 4 October 2023 following its joint venture to develop ProhiBet.
