Altenar and Fast Track enter strategic partnership

Altenar and Fast Track have entered into a strategic deal surrounding player engagement and the general customer experience.

Through this deal, Fast Track has integrated its technologies with Altenar’s Player Account Management (PAM) tools as it looks to “revolutionise player engagement.”

The purpose of this will be to enhance the customer experience with targeted campaigns and personalised player journeys.

The integration of Fast Track’s services will provide Altenar’s operators with a streamlined onboarding process, access to real-time insights and the ability to use data in order to help the decision-making process. While Altenar will provide solutions to operators using the Altenar Gaming Platform (AGP).

Altenar Commercial Director Charlie Williams said: “We are excited to partner with Fast Track, a company that shares our dedication to innovation and excellence.

“This collaboration signifies more than just a partnership; it’s a synergy of strengths, combining Altenar’s robust PAM with Fast Track’s unparalleled expertise in player engagement and retention.”

Fast Track CEO and Co-Founder Simon Lidzén added: “Collaborating with Altenar represents a significant step forward in our mission to digitalise the iGaming industry.

“Together, we are set to deliver an immersive gaming experience that is not only enjoyable but deeply engaging and personalised for each player.”

In recent weeks, Fast Track has also entered into a deal with operator Aposta Ganha aiming to enhance player loyalty in the Brazilian market, while for Altenar it has appointed Sam Hill as Sales Director, with a focus on partnerships.
