Fast Track teams up with Aposta Ganha in Brazil

The partnership aims to improve player engagement within the LatAm market.

Operator Aposta Ganha has announced its collaboration with Fast Track, aiming to enhance player loyalty in the Brazilian market.

Aposta Ganha operates across the LatAm market; however, the bulk of its focus revolves around its Brazilian operations. Now, it has partnered up with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology group Fast Track. The aim is to integrate Fast Track’s AI-powered CRM platform to provide a more personalised and customisable gaming experience for Aposta Ganha customers. 

The system ensures real-time data capabilities and automation to deliver unique player journeys through user-targeted campaigns. This allows Aposta Ganha to tailor its system, enhancing its user experience.  

Halison Rodrigues, Commercial Director of Aposta Ganha, spoke on the collaboration: “We are excited to partner with Fast Track to enhance player engagement and loyalty in the Brazilian market. This collaboration represents a strategic move to further strengthen our position as a leading iGaming operator in the region, leveraging Fast Track’s expertise to deliver personalised gaming experiences that resonate with our players.”  

Fast Track has already collaborated in the Brazilian market this year. In February, it partnered with ReactivAction in an expansive collaboration that also saw the integration of Altenar’s Player Account Management platform.  

Speaking on this latest partnership, Fast Track Co-Founder and CEO Simon Lidzén said: “Partnering with Aposta Ganha presents a unique opportunity to elevate player engagement in the Brazilian market. Together, we are committed to delivering personalised gaming experiences that drive long-term player loyalty and satisfaction.” 

Last month, Fast Track partnered with Swedish lottery provider PolarLotto – further embedding itself within the European market.
