Sportradar pushes on with Asian expansion in Singapore

Sportradar, a multinational sports data firm, has announced a major expansion of its Asian operations, with the opening of a new 2,800-sqft office in Singapore.

The group said that the launch of its new offices in Singapore will deepen the connection the brand has with its Asian clients.

Sportradar currently has partnerships with Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the Philippines Basketball League (PBA), Liga Indonesia, the Indian Super League.

In the past month, Sportradar has focused on building its business in the Asian market by partnering with regional broadcasters, CCTV China, Rakuten Asia, NAVER Korea and Dentsu Japan.

Sportradar added that its new Asian HQ’s will further enhance its unique services offering across Asia and is committed to building future partnerships.

Agus Sugama, Country Director at Sportradar Singapore, commented on the on the opening of a new office, saying: “The new office symbolises our commitment to the Asia region, as we expand and continue to change the way businesses and sports federations engage their fans and consumers through sports data and digital content, as well as protecting the integrity of sports.”
