NYX and Solverde initiate partnership with signed agreement

Gaming Group Limited, a market leading content and technology supplier to lotteries, casinos and gaming operators across the globe, is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Solverde S.A., a leading land-based casino operator in Portugal. The agreement signifies Solverde's commitment to an integration of digital gaming content and player account management via NYX’s Open Platform System (OPS™).

Solverde is one of two major land-based casino operators in Portugal, with 5 physical casinos across the country. The signed agreement with NYX outlines their intention to expand their services to the online space, following a recent announcement by the Portuguese government to issue online gambling licenses.

In addition to the OPS integration, the deal will see market-leading slots and scratch card titles from NYX’s wholly owned subsidiary NextGen Gaming launch across Solverde sites. Popular games such as Foxin’ Wins, Jackpot Jester 50,000 and Merlin’s Millions Superbet will be available to players immediately upon launch in the soon-to-be regulated online market.

Solverde will also be one of the first operators to launch NYX BI™, a complete Business Intelligence solution which enables online casino operators to monitor and analyze player activity in real-time. Comprised of a powerful reporting engine and flexible alert system and built on an advanced Data Warehouse, the solution is capable of integrating multiple products and systems, achieving full Omni-channel coverage.
