Sirplay continues its march in the African market

Maltese based sportsbook and software provider Sirplay which has over 10 years of experience, providing white-label and turn-key sportsbook software to over 100 clients worldwide, is continuing its expansion into the African sports betting market.

Sirplay continues its march in the African market

The company first entered the Nigerian market 5 years ago and since then it has provided its betting software to over 40 bookmakers in the country.

Its highest profile collaboration began with BETABET2000, a Nigerian sports bookmaker established in 2015, in which the company agreed to use Sirplay’s modular platform for its online betting shop.

The provided platform includes: the sportsbook and live betting modules, with the major sporting events across Europe, Asia and America; virtual games, with 3D sports and races (dog race, horse race, speedway, etc.); and the online casino with slot machines and table games.

The biggest challenge in operating in Lagos, Nigeria, is the strict regulation controlled by the Lagos State Lottery Board.

Sirplay had to work extensively with the lottery regulatory body in order to meet all the requirements to develop its user-friendly interface and develop all the possible automation in the back-end software required to operate in Nigeria.

Betabet’s CEO said “Sirplay has given our company an edge over our competitors with their cutting-edge technological advancement, prompt service delivery and most crucial, pocket friendly service”.
