Coleman has been Microgaming's CFO for the past 13 years.
“This is a momentous time for the business, as we face exciting new opportunities in the years ahead," Coleman said in a statement.
Microgaming, based in the Isle of Man, supplies online gaming software to operators worldwide, with products including Casino, Poker, Bingo, Sportsbook, Land-based, Live Dealer and Quickfire.
Former CEO Roger Raatgever has been appointed Executive Chairman of Apricot Investments, the new name of Micrograming Software Systems Ltd.
Apricot Investments will hold a variety of public and private assets, focusing on the interactive gaming and gambling space, the company said in a statement posted on its website.
"Apricot Investments, as an investment vehicle, will begin pursuing wider interests in the interactive gambling and gaming industry."
