Synergy Blue and Spirit Gaming Sign Distribution Agreement to Bring Innovative Skill-based and Chance-based Games to the European Market
Synergy Blue and Spirit Gaming announced today that they have entered into a distribution agreement for European skill-based and chance-based game distribution. Under the terms of the agreement, Spirit Gaming will provide sales distribution and localized support for Synergy Blue’s HAWG® (Hybrid Arcade Wager-based Gaming) platform and skill- and chance-based games in European markets including: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Slovenia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Belgium.
Synergy Blue’s patented HAWG (Hybrid Arcade Wager-based Gaming) platform is a class III certified solution that blends GLI11-compliant skill-based or chance-based gambling, allowing for regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions. HAWG and it’s games are meant to appeal to a new generation of gamers, providing an engaging experience through a seamless entertainment component and uninterrupted arcade-style entertainment.
