Betting Gods, a social connection platform between amateur bettors and professional tipsters, has become a limited company.

The firm, which has operated as a sole trader since launching in March 2014, has taken the step as part of major growth and expansion plans.

Company managing director Darren Moore said: “We have some major plans and some very exciting developments in the pipeline.

“It made sense to go Ltd at this stage of the business to help pave the way for what we are anticipating to be a period of further rapid growth during the remainder of 2014.”
