A member of the company’s Board of Directors since last March, Falzon’s new role tasks her with the responsibility for day-to-day performance, assisting with strategic decisions and fostering a company-wide culture of success.
On her new role, Falzon commented: “Having evaluated the company’s opportunities and growth strategies since joining the Board, I am excited to take on this day-to-day role to further Bragg’s evolution and operational momentum.

In addition to her previous 12 months as CFO, Falzon has over 10 years of industry experience, which includes a track record of structuring high-profile gambling transactions. She previously worked as Operational CFO at NetEnt and CFO at Red Tiger Gaming. At the former, she helped negotiate the sale of the company to Evolution Gaming for $2.1bn.
