Using Sightline's mobile loyalty platform, Indigo Sky aims to enhance customer management.
The platform integrates with Indigo Sky’s casino and nongaming management systems, thus allowing the property to deliver automated and real-time marketing messages to guests’ mobile devices, with personalised Go Rewards Club activations.
Guests will have the option of using the Indigo Sky mobile app to virtually check-in for drawings and promotional contests without having to stand in line at physical kiosk locations.
Owned and operated by the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, Indigo Sky Casino features over 1,400 gaming machines, numerous table games and a bingo hall. The resort also includes two hotel towers and an RV park as well as a golf simulator.
