AMS is a leading distributor of gaming and leisure equipment to working men’s clubs, pubs, restaurants and hospitality settings in the southeast of the UK.

As a process, Arrow International will work with Cowells Arrow as well as the team at AMS to explore expansion possibilities for the US electronic gaming products market within the UK.

The working partnership of these two companies began back in 2017 through the supply of bingo tickets, dabbers, lottery tickets and vending machines; since this date, Tony Lister, Managing Director of Cowells Arrow, has kept in contact with Jason Jarrett, Managing Director of AMS.

Going forward, Jarrett will remain with the company and become part of the Cowells Arrow team.

Arrows intends to continue exploring opportunities to grow as a business, including the possible acquisition of suppliers and distributors in the UK and North America.

Tony Lister, Managing Director of Cowells Arrow, said: “We are thrilled to welcome AMS into the Arrow organisation. The company’s excellent market position and tenured customer relationships align well with our acquisitive growth strategy.

"We look forward to working with our newest partner while offering the resources of Cowells Arrow and the broader Arrow group to drive exciting developments.”

Jason Jarret of AMS commented: “It is amazing that our relationship with Tony and the Cowells Arrow team has brought us to what will be an exciting step forward in the company’s journey.

"The opportunity to join forces with and become part of the Arrow family will allow us to pursue and realise far greater business opportunities together.”
