Calling it a “global strategic partnership,” the Malta-based business has put pen to paper on a new deal that it believes will facilitate international expansion.
TV Global Enterprises is part of the Betcris group. Its new partnership, Delasport claims, will build on both companies’ goals to provide “the best player experience.”
To this end, Delasport will deliver a fully featured, turnkey iGaming platform solution to support TV Global Enterprises’ operations.
“This deal will allow us to advance the development of strategic alliances where we participate in great new projects with great new partners,” said JD Duarte, the CEO of TV Global Enterprises.
“It was not an easy decision. We took our time to find the best technology partner and we found it.”
Delasport CEO Oren Cohen Shwartz was likewise pleased about their deal and went on to express his optimism for their new partnership.
He remarked: “We are extremely happy partnering up with TV Global Enterprises, a company that earned its leadership position in Europe and Latin America. I am sure we will reach our common goals together.”
