NagaCorp initiates redesign of Senior Management team

Following more than 25 years of growth, gaming and entertainment company NagaCorp is initiating a reshuffle within the management of the Group.

The Board of Directors has made several changes, such as moving Dr Chen from the position of Chief Executive Officer to Senior Chief Executive Officer. This will come into effect as of 5 April 2022. 

In addition, Mr Chen Yiy Fon, a son of the founder, and currently standing as an Executive Director of the Company will be made Chief Executive Officer, for operations of the company.  Mr Chen Cherchi, again a son of the Founder will be moved from Managing Director of Finance and Operations to Chief Executive Officer for Finance and Treasury. Founder's son, Mr Chen Yiy Hwuan, is to be appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Hotels of the company.

Current Director of Capital Investment and Corporate Finance, Mr Cheung King Man is to be made Chief Financial Officer.

And finally, Mr Tan Sean Czoon will move from Chief Financial Officer for the company to Chief Financial Officer of the Founder’s Office. As with the initial mention, all of these positions come into effect as of 5 April 2022.

The Group will continue to be led by the founder. And together with the other senior management, he will work together on the Group’s plans for development. 

Mr. Timothy Patrick McNally shall retain his role as Chairman of the Company, whilst Mr Philip Lee Wai Tuck stays as Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company and Mr. Mike Ngai Wai Yip remains as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. 

The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities of the Group will remain under the guidance of Mr. Chen Yepern as Managing Director in the CEO Cabinet.
