Previously partnering in Michigan, where Paysafe provided support for the Play Gun Lake online casino, Greenwood has now integrated the digital payments system into its BetParx offering, which is live in New Jersey and Philadelphia.
Playtech, which powered the relaunch of the BetParx app in March, also provides the technology behind the Play Gun Lake platform.
Zak Cutler, CEO, North America iGaming, Paysafe, commented: “We’re delighted to extend our partnership with BetParx into two major states in the US iGaming space: New Jersey, the cornerstone of the whole market since 2013, and Pennsylvania.
“We look forward to facilitating payments for BetParx and its players in both states to strengthen the two brands’ customer conversions and retention.”
The integration of Paysafe into Playtech’s technology means customers can now deposit and withdraw money in a more efficient manner. Paysafe’s Payment Gateway is able to process debit and credit card transactions faster and more securely than was previously the case.
Matthew Cullen, SVP of Interactive, BetParx, said: “We are proud to extend BetParx’s partnership with a payment technology provider. We constantly look for features that will round out our service to users and make BetParx the simplest and fastest app, and Paysafe delivers easy and user-friendly deposit and cash-out options.”
Paysafe, which processes approximately $120bn worth of transactions each year, recently made its services available to operators in Ontario, following the province’s online gambling launch.
