Kindred decided that the dividend of £0.337 per share/SDR would be paid out in two equal installments.

The first payment was distributed on 20 May 2022 and the calendar for the second installments is as follows: the ex-dividend date is set to be 14 November 2022, the record date is 15 November and the distribution by Euroclear Sweden AB is scheduled to happen on 18 November.

Kindred added that, due to accounting purposes, the exchange price will be set at the prevalent SEK-GPB rate as of 14 November 2022.

Earlier this year, in May, Kindred approved a proposed cash dividend of £0.337 (SEK11.80) in a release that had scheduled the first installment for 17 May 2022.

Additionally, at the AGM, a decision was made to pay a total fee of £757,000 to Directors elected at the AGM, which are not employed by the company.

The AGM also resolved that until the general meeting of the shareholders decided otherwise, the Nomination Committee would consist of no less than four and no more than five members, with one of them being the Chairman of the Board of Directors. All members would be appointed by the proposal presented at the meeting.

Online gambling operator Kindred has businesses across Europe, US and Australia and offers its services to more than 30 million customers across nine brands.
