Troy Aikman, Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez and Darren Woodson will serve as brand ambassadors for Choctaw Casinos & Resorts thanks to a multi-million-dollar investment by the company.

With their full-on focus on three of North Texas' most well-known personalities, these four-year collaborations represent an increase in Choctaw's marketing strategy and image.

Janie Dillard, Senior Executive Officer of Commerce Division, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, said: “We are excited to welcome championship-calibre talent in Troy, Pudge and Darren to the Choctaw Casinos & Resorts family.

“We look forward to working alongside them in this unprecedented campaign to promote Where the Players Play.’ The North Texas market is home to a large majority of our annual visitors, and we can’t wait to have these sports icons represent and celebrate the Choctaw brand.

Troy Aikman, Pro Football Hall of Famer and ESPN Analyst, said: “Choctaw Casinos & Resorts has come onto the sports scene in a big way. As a proud Oklahoman, I couldn’t be more excited to join their roster for this trailblazing campaign.”

Choctaw Casinos & Resorts has increased its sponsorship of North Texas sports teams and organisations by almost 800% since 2017.

The Arlington Renegades, who won the XFL Championship in 2018, currently call Globe Life Park, the site of the Texas Rangers' former home, Choctaw Stadium.

Additionally, Choctaw serves as the presenting sponsor of the Invited Celebrity Classic (Irving) and is currently recognised as an "official and exclusive casino and resort" by the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, AT&T Byron Nelson, Dallas Marathon, Dickies Arena, Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, Grandscape (retail/entertainment district), The American Rodeo and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).

The collaboration with Aikman, Rodriguez and Woodson will bring the Oklahoma-based company to 24 sports-related partnerships with this investment in North Texas athletes.

Darren Woodson, Dallas Cowboys Legend, said: “From special appearances to hosting football watch parties in Durant, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the time I’ve spent at Choctaw.”

Pudge Rodriguez, National Baseball Hall of Fame Catcher, said: “Choctaw Casinos & Resorts’ strong relationship with the Texas Rangers is just one more reason why this partnership makes perfect sense.”
