Sportradar has appointed Jim Bombassei as SVP, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. The announcement places Bombassei in a key position which will see him reporting directly to Gerard Griffin, Chief Financial Officer.

Operating out of New York, Bombassei will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships within the global investment community.

His responsibilities extend to articulating Sportradar's business model, elucidating the long-term strategy and presenting the company's financial performance. Additionally, Bombassei will provide oversight for the Corporate Finance function of the organisation.

Previously, Bombassei was working as the CFO of SciPlay Corporation; a role that saw him managing finance, accounting, and investor relations. Before this, he racked up 30 years at Viacom, where he was again working in the finance and investment sector.

With regard to Bombassei’s position, Sportradar’s CFO, Gerard Griffin, said; “We are pleased to welcome Jim to the Sportradar team.

"He is a talented and respected finance executive, with a wealth of investor relations experience and a track record of success. Jim will be a great asset as we continue to communicate our vision and strategy to the market and our investor community.”
