Aiming to improve customer acquisition and retention, Inside The Pocket (ITP) has partnered with operator HotSpotBet to unveil 'HotSpotJogos.' This localised offering, bespoke to the Brazilian market, features a range of free-to-play (F2P) games. This move comes off the back of ITP's success at the 2022 World Cup, where it demonstrated its expertise by creating F2P games for Brazilian operator Pixbet.

The collaboration aligns with ITP's single-integration approach, providing a streamlined experience for operators. This allows access to a market of 30+ free-to-play and pay-to-play content providers through a singular integration, ensuring customer engagement and retention across various products.

HotSpotBet's sportsbook and iGaming platform, featuring distinct pricing models for in-play odds, arrives amid the ongoing international football league seasons. The platform's modular technology addresses local regulatory challenges, providing a light physical deployment with centralised control systems.

A spokesperson for HotSpotBet stated: "Collaborating with ITP on HotSpotJogos has been a fantastic journey so far. They share our values and vision, and we look forward to making HotSpotBet the best sportsbook in Brazil over the year ahead."

Founder and CEO of Inside The Pocket, Hussain Naqi, added: "Thanks to our software and platform partners, we were able to construct and curate this customised website, HotSpotJogos, from scratch. Based on encouraging performances in both acquisition and retention metrics, it seems HotSpotBet’s new customers are loving these local touches."
