Evolution has contributed to the Szlachetna Paczka organisation.
The Szlachetna Paczka, or the Nobel Gift, is one of the largest social organisations in Poland.
Throughout the year, volunteers collect donations and work with families to ensure each family will receive something suitable for their needs.
The Nobel Gift organisation prioritises families with sick or disabled children, single parents, elderly people without a support network, people rebuilding a self-reliant life and those affected by the war, among other factors.
Then during December, the volunteers will deliver the packages to the families in the form of Christmas presents.
The Polish office from Evolution supported the Szlachetna Paczka initiative over the Christmas period, by walking 1,512,931 steps in seven days.
This is equal to walking the distance between Warsaw and Stockholm, and was halfway towards the ‘home’ of Father Christmas, Rovaniemi in Finland.
The steps equated to a donation of €1,500 ($1,661), which went towards supporting the 17,000 families the organisation sent gifts to this year.
On its social media page, Evolution said: “Our Poland Hub embraced the spirit of giving this year by supporting Szlachetna Paczka.
“Thanks to your support, we created a Christmas package for a family in need.
“Thank you all for making a difference. Happy holidays!”
The Szlachetna Paczka organisation was founded in 2001 and receives 40% of its aid from companies, schools and other institutions.
As for Evolution, the company launched across the pond in New Jersey recently, with its live game show Crazy Time.
