Entain, a global sports betting and gaming group, has unveiled its inaugural Data Academy training program in the UK, a move that aims to equip its workforce with the skills needed to harness the power of data.
The initiative aims to not only provide employees with opportunities to upskill but also contributes to the development of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) roles within the company.
The Data Academy hopes to empower Entain's workforce by offering training opportunities that enable participants to elevate productivity, enhance efficiency in their roles and improve their career prospects.
With a focus on fostering a data-driven culture, the program is designed to equip employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions.

The inaugural Data Academy will commence with 20 colleagues in the UK. The academy will offer courses tailored to both data novices seeking to incorporate data into their work, and experienced data professionals looking to further advance their skills.
