SG Gaming Signs Major New Agreement with Talarius

(UK) LONDON – 5th August, 2015 – Scientific Games (the “Company”) announced today that SG Gaming, a Company division, has signed a major new four-year agreement with adult gaming centre operator Talarius.

The agreement will see SG Gaming provide its fully integrated server-based gaming platform across an additional 92 Talarius adult gaming centres (AGC), taking the total number of SG Gaming’s server based terminals to circa 500 across their estate. The rollout will commence in August 2015, delivering a range of Clarity and T8 terminals to all sites.

The agreement was reached following the completion of a successful trial across a number of sites in the Talarius estate. With SG Gaming terminals already installed in Talarius venues across the UK, the rollout represents the conversion of these terminals to the server-based gaming platform, along with the installation of arcade customised Clarity terminals and the additional purchase of T8 terminals.

The T8 and Clarity terminals will be fully networked on the server-based gaming platform and will benefit from multi-content menus, sophisticated promotional mechanics and operational efficiencies, including Ticket In Ticket Out. SG Gaming will also install its ticket redemption stations (TRS) in each site which will provide Talarius with a fully integrated system that manages the entire operational process.

Talarius customers will enjoy access to the Company’s industry-leading B3 content library, featuring popular titles from Barcrest, WMS and Bally. With player favorites created by the in-house content development team, including the latest Rainbow Riches® title, Rainbow Riches Pick ‘N’ Mix, as well key licensed titles, such as the recent MONOPOLY® Big Event™ and ROCKY® The Italian Stallion™, customers will be able to play the best in innovative B3 content and latest releases from SG Gaming.

Phil Horne, UK Managing Director at SG Gaming, said, “The deal is testament to the strength and success of the relationship SG Gaming has with Talarius. We’ve worked side by side for a number of years and we now look forward to supporting Talarius with a server based gaming platform and a comprehensive rollout and training plan.

“This deal is the result of a significant strengthening of SG Gaming’s position in the AGC sector. Operators are clearly keen to move forward with our server-based gaming solution backed by SG Gaming’s infrastructure and support.

“We have tailored our offering for operators within the sector, and we believe the range of functionality and operational efficiencies our gaming solution offers helps to drive cash box growth, especially combined with the diverse, innovative and licensed content customers receive from all of the Scientific Games content brands.

“Our solution offers a fully networked terminal base, industry leading content, platform functionality and sophisticated business intelligence tools. It will give Talarius the opportunity to benefit from our complete gaming solution and see first-hand how it delivers value in the AGC sector.”

Andy Whitworth, Head of Gaming Strategy at Talarius, said, “We are delighted to enter this new agreement with SG Gaming. Ensuring that customers enjoy our facilities by providing them with the greatest choice of machines and games possible is our number one priority, and SG Gaming provides a quality range of content, terminal promotions and yield support.

”We also chose SG Gaming for its operational infrastructure, and the comprehensive installation and service support provided by its field-based services division. Taking the leap towards server-based technology will be transformational for our business.”
