Gergana Yaneva is taking the lead of the new EGT office in Spain

The company undertook this step toward its further more sustainable growth in the region after several very successful local installations of its P-24/24 Up slot cabinet and the received warm welcome by the Spanish operators and players. The new sales and service center of EGT is the 17th in the corporate dealership network around the world. It will cover also the area of Italy, Ireland, Malta and Portugal. "The Spanish market has always been of interest to us, due to the fact that it is one of the biggest in Europe with its over 200,000 gaming machines, placed around the country,” said Gergana Yaneva, director of EGT - Spain. “The competition is expectedly very intensive, but we are confident in our brand’s success, moreover the received feedback from our customers has been more than promising."

Along with the P-24/24 Up cabinet with Premier Multi-3 mix, within the next months EGT will also be able to deliver another multigame library to the country – the Premier Multi-4 of 45 video slots, cards, roulettes and Keno/Bingo games. The recognized four-level progressive jackpot system Egypt Quest is undergoing a homologation for Spain, as well. For the local AWP market, the R&D slot department of the company is developing a new gaming cabinet and a software mix that will be the surprise at EGT’s booth at this year’s ExpoJoc exhibition in Valencia. The interactive content of Euro Games Technology is also about to be introduced in the region, having already entered over 20 jurisdictions around the world, including Belgium, Bulgaria, Georgia, Suriname, etc.

“We are so far partnering with important casinos in Spain. Our first installation of the P-24/24 Up was in Casino de Barcelona of Group Peralada, which carries out its gaming activities in several countries, and our Premier Multi-3 game mix was perceived by their players as affordable and attractive. The gaming director of Gran Casino de Bilbao, an establishment of EGASA, where the slot model was presented subsequently, shared that the library of our games and the cabinet’s distinctive look, ergonomic features and easy navigation had had an immediate enticing effect on the patrons. Our most recent deal with Gran Casino Costa Brava cemented that opinion, as there the players were queuing to try our machines and soon after that kept on returning repeatedly to them. We will work toward retaining the high recognition of our products in future,” explained Mrs. Yaneva.

Gergana Yaneva has more than 4 years of experience in business development strategies and has worked in the gaming industry for two years, devoting them entirely to EGT. Her sales success record in Spain, Italy, Ireland, Malta and Portugal accelerated the plans of the company to set foot permanently in the region, bringing her for the managing role. “I am proud of taking the lead of this office,” – shared Mrs. Yaneva. “I enjoy the dynamic nature of my work and in Spain I will able to be closer to our customers than ever before. I greatly appreciate my contact with them. It keeps me updated on the new technologies, the modern trends in players’ demands and the overall situation in the gaming industry.”

The establishment of a consistent local sales and technical team in a short span of time and the delivery of innovative gaming products and reliable pre- and post-sales services will be among the main priorities of Mrs. Yaneva, as a director of EGT – Spain. “We will be adhering to the core EGT values and good practices and will hold our customers’ satisfaction at the center of our activity. This has always proved to be a winning approach,” she concluded.
