Stanleybet Group partners with Fast Track

By Gambling Insider

Stanleybet Group has selected Fast Track CRM to power player engagement for its online offering.

Stanleybet was interested in finding a partner to enable the implementation of smarter retention strategies and to provide certain insights into player behaviour.

The group was also looking for a specific iGaming solution to handle complex segmentation related to player gameplay and betting behaviour.

Fast Track is built on a real-time data feed that enables operators to engage players instantly based on their behaviour. The platform provides visual workflows that operators can use to create and orchestrate different sets of engagements.

Joris Petllion, Director of Online at Stanleybet Group, commented: “We have been operating online for just over a decade and feel it’s time to revamp our engagement strategy, and really show our players everything we have to offer. Fast Track is the perfect partner for this next phase in our online journey, and can provide a solution to all the challenges we are facing in scaling our communications and rewards.”

Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track, added: “Working with a brand like Stanleybet Group, which is a household name and has a long history in the industry, is a privilege. We hope to take all that history and power in their brand, and enable them to work in a smart and scalable way to delight their online player base.”

With over 60 years of experience, Stanleybet Group has over 2,000 outlets across multiple markets; the operator holds online licences in numerous European countries with large gambling audiences.
