Stanleybet Group has selected Fast Track CRM to power player engagement for its online offering.
Stanleybet was interested in finding a partner to enable the implementation of smarter retention strategies and to provide certain insights into player behaviour.
The group was also looking for a specific iGaming solution to handle complex segmentation related to player gameplay and betting behaviour.
Fast Track is built on a real-time data feed that enables operators to engage players instantly based on their behaviour. The platform provides visual workflows that operators can use to create and orchestrate different sets of engagements.
