Ms Kondra currently occupies the role of VP of Internal Audit at Tractor Supply Company, a rural lifestyle retailer from the US. Prior to Tractor, she worked in gaming, having served as the VP of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer at Pinnacle Entertainment as well as the Chief Audit Executive at Caesars Entertainment.
With over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, she gained expertise in audit, compliance, regulatory and legal matters, all the while understanding the impact such issues have on the companies from the gaming sector.
