Spintec partners with Platinum Entertainment for Asia expansion

Platinum Entertainment, the support service for gaming operators, has entered into a partnership with Spintec Gaming Technology.

This collaboration aims to expand Spintec’s presence across four of its key Asian markets; Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and the Philippines. This expansion will be guided by Platinum Entertainment in the supply, installation and provision of venue support for Spintec’s range of Electronic Table Games.

Platinum Entertainment was founded in 2019 by Tim Nguyen and Paul Simmons. Through its team, it holds over 50 years of industry experience in locations such as Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal, South Africa and the UK.

Platinum Entertainment CEO Simmons commented that the company is delighted with this latest partnership. He continued that Slovenia-based Spintec holds a great deal of experience in proprietary research and development, meaning all of its products are customised to local requirements, standards and legislation.

As a company, Spintec specialises in the production of gaming solutions, integrating proprietary research as well as market studies. At present, it offers two main product lines; namely, the Aura which is designed for amphitheatre and stadium setups; it is modular in style so can fit to a specified floor space or business plan layout.

The second product, Karma, is used for more compact spacing solutions. It allows for a variety of customisation options, through gaming choice or technology systems, and is primarily designed for longer gaming sessions.

The company’s products are available on six continents and in more than 400 casinos globally; this includes over 60% penetration of the Macau gaming market.
