PlayUzu launches Mexican TV and digital marketing campaign

PlayUzu, the spanish language version of PlayOjo, has launched a major TV and digital marketing campaign in Mexico.

The campaign will base itself on the same slogan, Thumbs Up, that has been employed in European markets such as Spain and the UK.

PlayUzu notes the advertising campaign will feature in content integrations across popular Mexican televison shows, as well as in standard ads.

PlayUzu suggests its Thumbs Up USP  which features a hero character walking the street conveying an overzised thumbs up will disrupt the market through its promotional tag line, "the transparent casino."

The online casino believes it holds a significant edge in the market by never imposing wager requirements, and by offering players money back on all bets.

The Thumbs Up advertisement is expected to have an extended run across the wider digital ecosystem. PlayUzu points out the key points of operation; search engines, social media and programmatic sites. The online casino will surely hope this coverage makes a significant impact on the market.

PlayUzu's Head of Marketing said ahead of the release: "We're very excited to finally take this step forward in Mexico and to showcase our presence in the market across TV and other digital media channels.

“We believe the campaign will allow us to compete equally with other casino operators that have been in the market for much longer than us.

“Our disruptive positioning based on always giving out rewards as real cash together with a powerful campaign will put PlayUzu top of mind, driving Mexican players to try our incredible brand and casino for the very first time.”
