The property, owned and operated by the Swinomish Tribe, has become the latest to join the provider’s portfolio of operator partners.
Under the terms of their deal, Swinomish will receive Optx’s full suite of player development, slots and artificial intelligence products, all designed to bolster customer engagement.
By leveraging guest data, the provider claims that “no actionable player is missed.” Optx Co-CEO Brooke Fiumara said the provider could “identify countless insights” and welcomed Swinomish to its portfolio of operator partners.
“Our advanced machine learning and AI algorithms identify countless insights for departments across the property,” remarked Fiumara.
“We are thrilled to welcome Swinomish Casino & Lodge to the future of player development and slots.”
Swinomish is the latest in a string of operators to on-board Optx’s solution this year, following fellow Washington property Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, as well as Indigo Sky Casino & Resort in Oklahoma and Three Rivers Casino Resort in Oregon.
According to Optx, its solution “empowers teams to spend less time compiling the data and more time implementing strategies that increase guest visitation, revenue and profitability.”
Jumada Schwinden, Director of Marketing for Swinomish Casino & Lodge, said: “We are fortunate to have a growing team and expanding player base, but we needed software that can keep up.
“Optx is able to improve the ability of our team to cultivate customers and provide an unparalleled customer experience, while also providing our executive team with insights that help the entire property.
“Optx is exactly what we have been searching for.”
