The beachfront property, located in Ocean Shores, Washington State, will welcome several additions from Optx, including the company’s player development, player development AI, marketing, marketing AI and connect products.
These all leverage customer data to offer insights regarding guests’ behaviour, which Optx can use to create “actionable recommendations.”
The company claims that “no actionable player is missed” and staff can “spend less time compiling the data and more time implementing strategies that increase guest visitation, revenue and profitability.”

Optx was founded in mid-2019 and designed its solution “from the ground up” intending to “simplify complex processes and improve operational efficiency.”
To date, the provider’s solution has proven quite popular with land-based operators, having this year inked agreements with El Cortez Hotel and Casino, Indigo Sky Casino and Resort and Three Rivers Casino Resort.
