The festival kicks off on the 23rd with a keynote speech from Kambi’s CEO Kristian Nylén and CCO Cecilia Wachtmeister, who welcome attendees and provide an outline of what they can expect for the week ahead.

Attendees can then look forward to three different events on 24 May. First up is a talk from Abios CEO and Co-Founder Oskar Fröberg, who discusses all things esports, in particular how the industry has merely scratched the surface when it comes to the possibilities of esports betting.

Following that talk, Kambi COO Erik Lögdberg delivers ‘The landscape for differentiation’. This event looks at how the group’s technology and services are adapting to meet the increasing demand from operators seeking more control and differentiation capabilities.

The final event of the day offers a Spanish perspective, with Kambi Sales Manager Juan Barrachina and Business Development Manager Carlos Pérez Turrado explaining what it means to be a Kambi partner.

The 25th of May is reserved for Kambi SVP Product Compliance Oliver Lamb, who details how the company navigates the “potentially choppy regulatory waters” of regulatory compliance across the globe.

Three more events follow on 26 May, beginning with ‘Sports betting integrity: Five challenges to a sustainable future’.

Kambi Product Strategy Lead David MacTavish then delivers ‘Bettors at heart - the in-event combinations success story’, followed by another Spanish perspective via Kambi Senior Partner Manager Ignacio Jimenez Iglesia and Kambi Head of pre-match football for Spain and Mexico Hugo Nombela, who look at ‘The road to the World Cup and beyond’.

The festival concludes on 27 May with two events; the first is another look at ‘The road to the World Cup and beyond’, with the second being ‘Journey of a player - a story in data’.

In the former, Kambi Head of Soccer Jonathon Hurst discusses the trends to watch out for in the first-ever winter World Cup, which takes place in Qatar later this year. Hurst also breaks down the group’s soccer offering for the world-famous competition, as well as looking into what the future holds for Kambi’s soccer product.

And in the latter, Kambi Head of Insights David Warder explores the data behind Kambi’s sportsbook. He looks at the “journey of a sports bettor as seen through the eyes of the data machine built within the very core of the Kambi sportsbook.”
