nal FC and Betfair have renewed and expanded their partnership until 2019.

The new deal sees the operator become the official betting partner of Arsenal in the UK, Europe, Central and South America, while the expanded partnership will give Betfair increased branding at all domestic fixtures played at the Emirates Stadium.

Betfair will also have access to first-team players in developing their promotional and marketing activities, and will be granted additional hospitality on matchdays for their key clients and customers.

The terms of the partnership give Betfair the opportunity to engage with the club’s support base through its online and social media channels, and operator plans to expand its offering to Arsenal supporters through a combination of offers and exclusive bets throughout the season.

Marketing and Brand Director for Betfair, Paul Gambrill, said: “We’re thrilled to be extending our contract with Arsenal, after a hugely successful first season with the club.

“Arsenal are a fantastic club and we look forward to engaging with their incredible fan base again next season and beyond.”

Arsenal’s Chief Commercial Officer, Vinai Venkatesham, added: “We are delighted to be continuing our association with Betfair following a successful partnership to date.

“We look forward to working together to further engage Arsenal supports in the UK, Europe, South America and Central America.”

The terms of Betfair’s merger with Paddy Power, to form Paddy Power Betfair, were fully agreed in September 2015.
